About BODWELL HIGH SCHOOL

Bodwell High School is in the City of North Vancouver. Located on a waterfront, nestled between parks and bike paths, it offers quick access to outdoor activities and scenic points as well as all the amenities of city life at a laid-back pace. Its campus boasts many features of its own, from two expansive gymnasiums and cafeterias, a multimedia auditorium, a library, and an indoor pool.

Introducing New Programs in 2026

BSP Classic

Since 1992, our teachers have been trained to create an active learning environment through the use of games, projects, portfolio development and a wide variety of other activities. Daily classes include a variety of English lessons on grammar, reading, writing, and oral skills. The curriculum includes science, ecology, geography and leadership. These topics were thoughtfully crafted by our very own Bodwell teachers, and they align seamlessly with our weekly program themes

BSP Global Citizenship

This summer, advance your English skills through debate, leadership, and global perspectives. Inspired by Bodwell High School’s curriculum, students will strengthen communication, critical thinking, and cultural awareness. For students 13+.

BSP STEM

Enhance your English skills while exploring the worlds of science and technology. Through engaging projects and discussions, students build advanced communication skills and an innovative mindset. For students 13+.

BSP Plus

Students will spend one night nestled in the serene beauty of Whistler’s landscapes, and another night in the historic city of Victoria. Students enrolled in this program will enjoy exclusive activities such as whale watching in Victoria and Whistler’s Peak to Peak Gondola. Don’t miss out on this extraordinary opportunity to make new friends, explore stunning destinations, and create memories that will last a lifetime! Please note that BSP Plus is available exclusively for students attending our 4-week program.

Modern

Bodwell’s campus features a variety of amenities. Its expansive outdoor spaces flow into its interior which hosts two cafeterias and gymnasiums, an indoor pool, and a state-of-the-art auditorium.

Safe

Bodwell is situated in a safe and secluded corner of North Vancouver’s waterfront, far from the bustle of Vancouver’s city centre. It is near Lion’s Gate Hospital and walk-in clinics.

Convenient

Bodwell is close to many educational and recreational venues, from world-class museums and galleries to great restaurants and shopping. Convenient transit options allow for easy access to the rest of the metro area.
